Setup of Networks – Wired and wireless networks, modems & routers, DSL &
Cable Internet connections, network security, wireless encryption, firewalls, network printers.
Troubleshooting - malware (erratic behavior, pop up ads, rogue programs) detection/removal,
computers that do not start, slow computers, computer freezes, software and hardware
installation issues, error messages, display problems, Internet connection problems, email and Outlook problems.
Network Administration – server and workstations, user account setup, data access and security.
Data Services – local and online data backup setup, file recovery from accidental deletion, data
recovery from failed hard drive, computer/smart phone synchronization including iCloud, Office 365, Google apps and iTunes, data transfer from old computer to new computer.
